You can lose a draft before you make a pick. The Saints did it at the trade table, overpaying to chase players the board did not price nearly as high.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. They banked enough surplus on Williams to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
