The Bears checked most of the boxes and earned a B-.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Bears did exactly that with Anthony Lucas in Round 2, Pick 25. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

On value alone, Hall makes the weekend a net positive. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
