Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Cowboys spent the 209th pick on Thor Griffith, a name most had 71 spots down the list. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Stutsman. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Cody Barton gives the group a proven body among the projects.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
