MNFtball2025 DRAFTING FOR THEVikings

FutureB-
More right than wrong for the Vikings, and a B- to prove it. There is a lot to like until you notice quarterback is still a hole. The Vikings never got to the one that mattered most. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.
Every board in the league had Frazier lower, and that gap is the story. On value alone, TeSlaa makes the weekend a net positive. Safety was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
They bet on numbers rather than a single high pick.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
Pick Analysis
Pick34
Rnd2
Kenneth Grant
Nice patience on Kenneth Grant, who had no business lasting to the 34th pick. It fills a real need, too.
Pick65
Rnd3
Maxwell Hairston
Maxwell Hairston in pick No. 65 is early enough to raise a brow, if not a full objection. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
Pick97
Rnd3
Miles Frazier
A real head-scratcher, Miles Frazier in Round 3, Pick 33 is miles ahead of his ranking. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick139
Rnd5
Malachi Moore
By-the-book stuff, Malachi Moore at slot 139 squarely in line with his ranking. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick187
Rnd6
Jarquez Hunter
Jarquez Hunter in the Round 6 slot is exactly on the number, no argument either way. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Pick246
Rnd7
Isaac TeSlaa
A quiet steal in pick 246: Isaac TeSlaa for less than the market said. A need, and now a little less of one.
