Draft Grade — Vikings

FutureB
The Vikings turned the phones into found money: B+. Whoever sat across the table from the Vikings should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. No fireworks, but a solid B+.
Lee has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
Pick Analysis
Pick2
Rnd1
Francis Mauigoa
In No. 2 they get an anchor for the offensive line at fair value. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Pick50
Rnd2
Eli Stowers
Eli Stowers at Round 2, Pick 18 is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. The roster fit checks out.
Pick66
Rnd3
Bud Clark
They paid sticker price for Bud Clark in the Round 3 slot, and that is fine. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick173
Rnd5
Kayin Lee
Kayin Lee at pick 173 is an overdraft of the loud, memorable kind. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.
