The Vikings checked most of the boxes and earned a B.

Nobody else had Miles Frazier anywhere near pick 88. The Vikings did, by 29 spots, and that gap is the whole story. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

However the rest shakes out, Emmanwori at that price is a win they earned. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly.

They left with safety solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
