Whoever sat across the table from the Vikings should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend.

They will need Laloulu to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.

It is not that Muhammad is a bad player; it is that the Vikings had louder needs to answer first. They banked enough surplus on Muhammad to cover a lot of smaller sins.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
