The real work happened on the phones. The Vikings fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.

Getting Hampton where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Frazier reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
