Nothing loud, just a tidy B+ for the Bears. There is conviction, and then there is this. The Bears took Ethan Onianwa a full 35 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend.
Getting Hill Jr. where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The Moore pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback.
Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
