The Steelers let Coleman fall into their laps, and walked away with a B+.

The real work happened on the phones. The Steelers fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

However the rest shakes out, Coleman at that price is a win they earned. The cost of the Reed reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

It is not that Frazier is a bad player; it is that the Steelers had louder needs to answer first.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
