The Browns cashed the board's mistake on Paul Jr.: B. The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Browns watched Chris Paul Jr. slide 131 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.
They will need McLaughlin to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
