The Broncos left with their quarterback, and a B- to match.

After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Broncos committed. J.J. McCarthy is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

The cost of the McMahon reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Getting Jones where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up.

Good work on the whole, with linebacker the one box left unchecked.
