When a board-topper like Emery Jones Jr. slides to No. 155, you do not overthink it, and the Dolphins did not. For now it grades a C, with the swing picks left to settle the rest.

Every board in the league had Martin lower, and that gap is the story. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

They will answer for taking safety early while edge rusher, tight end and other spots went begging.
