Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Rams spent Round 2, Pick 29 on Drew Shelton, a name the board had a full 39 spots lower.

A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Ramsey.

Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. They reloaded the coverage unit in bulk.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
