Wagner should have been long gone. The Bills pounced, and earned a B.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Aamil Wagner got past him. The Bills do not have to explain a thing at Round 7, Pick 4. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Every board in the league had Thompson lower, and that gap is the story. They went 5 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
