The Clark pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with interior defensive lineman and running back still on the board. On value alone, Thomas makes the weekend a net positive.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
