When a board-topper like Kamari Ramsey slides to slot 94, you do not overthink it, and the Dolphins did not.

The Cisse pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback, edge rusher and other spots. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Reaching for Zvada left real value on the table behind him.
