The rest of the league will want that one back. Deone Walker tumbling to the Lions in the 102nd overall pick is a gift they did not have to think twice about. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. They will need Watson to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes.
