The Raiders finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B.

There is reaching, and then there is Roman Hemby at Round 6, Pick 27. The Raiders jumped the board by 145 and dared it to prove them wrong. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

The whole projection now runs through Fernando Mendoza; hit there and everything else looks smarter. On value alone, Wheatley makes the weekend a net positive. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
