The Sav'ell Smalls selection is the head-turner. The Seahawks reached 120 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. It bottoms out at a F.

Drake Maye gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. With linebacker, running back and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on DT-EDGE is the choice that costs them.

The linebacker spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. It is a win-now wager, and the future is the stake.

There is no soft landing here: they fought the board and left linebacker open, and the grade is the bill.
