They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Drake Maye is the Patriots' quarterback, full stop. Little to argue with here, and the A- says so.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The cost of the Van Pran reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

A strong weekend's work, and a rare one to find this little fault with.
