A costly weekend of dealing drags the Bills to a D-.

The Bills treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending the Round 5 slot on Rayshaun Benny a full 35 spots early. Too much went sideways, and the D- is the honest tally.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. They will regret leaving offensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. Getting Robertson where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
