Thirty-one other rooms let A.J. Haulcy slide, and the Steelers were the ones holding the card at No. 121. Highway robbery. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They have staked the next five years on Fernando Mendoza, which is the only story that really matters here. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
