Grand theft in the 163rd overall pick: the Steelers steal Howard and grade out a B.

Somebody in slot 163 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Steelers sat still while Will Howard, the No. 103 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

Leaving safety unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Quarterback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
