A solid, sensible weekend for the Cardinals: B+.

The Cardinals spent real capital to be 48 picks early on Austin Reed, and the board is going to hold them to it. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

McCormick falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They punted on linebacker, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Quarterback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
