You could see the war room lean forward. Khristian Boyd at slot 202 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

The cost of the Gray reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
