Proctor should have been long gone. The Browns pounced, and earned a B-.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Browns watched Josh Proctor slide 28 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 5 of 9 of the wish list covered.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.

Josh Proctor at the 243rd overall pick is the steal of the weekend, a first-round talent at a bargain-bin price. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
