Slaughter should have been long gone. The Titans pounced, and earned a B-.

You build a draft on nights like this. Jake Slaughter had no business being available in pick No. 89, and the Titans did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. Reaching for Tucker left real value on the table behind him.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
