Call it larceny. Deone Walker sat on the board until the 116th pick, and the Patriots did not need to be asked twice. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B+.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They will need Williams to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

The Patriots paired the rookies with proven help, A.J. Brown leading the way.
