The Chiefs won the weekend at the trade table. Grade: B.

Whoever sat across the table from the Chiefs should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

They will need Barron to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Landing McCoy that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

It is a win-now wager, and the future is the stake.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
