The Seahawks bled value on every deal, hence the C+.

The Collin Oliver selection is the head-turner. The Seahawks reached 89 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. Phillips at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Bottom line, the swing picks will decide whether this ages well.
