Draft Grade — Ravens
Overall
B-
ValueC+

FutureB-
Nothing loud, just a tidy B- for the Ravens. For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Ravens walked out of the weekend still thin at cornerback, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons.
The Ioane reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They went 2 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.
Pick Analysis
Pick14
Rnd1
Olaivavega Ioane
In pick No. 14 they get protection for the quarterback, reach and all. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick45
Rnd2
Zion Young
Zion Young in Round 2, Pick 13 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
