The Bears let Hall Jr. fall into their laps, and walked away with a A-.

Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Bears came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. This is how you run a draft, and the A- reflects it.

The Hall Jr. steal is the beam this whole class leans on. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up.

Reaching for Gray left real value on the table behind him. The veteran additions, Zion Johnson chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

Bottom line, with Joe Alt leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
