Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Bears, and the value they bled adds up to real damage. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.

Jayden Daniels is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. The Monheim value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
