The Chargers worked the phones like thieves and earned a B+. Whoever sat across the table from the Chargers should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend.
If Robinson pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. Getting Stone where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The Chargers clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.
Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
