Nobody else had Tyler Baron anywhere near the Round 4 slot. The Packers did, by 38 spots, and that gap is the whole story. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

That is a cornerback worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
