Priorities are a choice, and the Dolphins made a strange one, taking Julian Neal at cornerback in No. 87 with interior defensive lineman, tight end and other spots crying out for the pick instead. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

They will need Fisher to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
