Ransom should have been long gone. The Broncos pounced, and earned a B.

Call it larceny. Lathan Ransom sat on the board until the Round 6 slot, and the Broncos did not need to be asked twice. The bottom line is a respectable B.

For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with linebacker the one that mattered most. The back end got a real overhaul.

Trading back for volume was the quiet throughline of their weekend.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
