They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Fernando Mendoza is the Raiders' quarterback, full stop. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Concepcion steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
