The Ravens did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B-. The Ravens did not so much draft Nohl Williams as overpay for him, 102 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.
The Ransom steal is the beam this whole class leans on. Spending an early pick on linebacker with quarterback and edge rusher open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.
Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
