The rest of the league had time to spare on Jah Joyner; the Giants did not wait, grabbing him 43 spots ahead at the Round 4 slot. One of the weekend's best, top to bottom, and a A- to show for it.

Ewers falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

In the end it comes back to Armand Membou, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
