The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Lions watched Nathan Thomas slide 51 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

If Jefferson pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up.

Good work on the whole, with linebacker the one box left unchecked.
