Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the 49ers spent pick 154 on Jaylen Harrell, a name most had 54 spots down the list.

For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain. Landing Ulofoshio that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

Hit on Sedrick Van Pran and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
