More right than wrong for the Lions, and a B to prove it.

Priorities are a choice, and the Lions made a strange one, taking Maason Smith at DT-EDGE in pick 84 with edge rusher, linebacker and other spots crying out for the pick instead. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher. That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
