Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Lions came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close.

They will need McLaughlin to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped safety, which is a strange place to end up. The veteran additions, Danielle Hunter chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but safety.
