The Lions did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Kobe King fell into the 228th pick. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

The cost of the Griffith reach is exactly the players who went right after him. A whole weekend of picks and safety is somehow still a want.

Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Good work on the whole, with safety the one box left unchecked.
