Larceny in the Round 7 slot lands the Lions a B, White and all.

The board owed the Lions one, and it paid up: Ricky White, the No. 183 name on the board, sitting there at the 251st overall pick like a gift left on the doorstep. The bottom line is a respectable B.

A whole weekend of picks and safety is somehow still a want. They are betting Zinter proves the room right and everyone else wrong. They went 4 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
