The Titans spent real capital to be 88 picks early on Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson, and the board is going to hold them to it. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D is the result.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Fitzgerald. Everything downstream of Cam Ward depends on Cam Ward, and the building knows it. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
