A respectable, level-headed haul for the Bears: B+.

Nobody else had Xavier Thomas anywhere near slot 193. The Bears did, by 85 spots, and that gap is the whole story. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.

They will answer for taking safety early while linebacker and quarterback went begging. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The Estime steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
