A costly weekend of dealing drags the Patriots to a D.

The phones were a trap the Patriots kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D.

The Wright pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They banked enough surplus on Jordan to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and interior defensive lineman is still a hole.
